We’re excited to be involved once again in the Social Prescribing Network Awards – a leading event to celebrate innovative social prescribing throughout the UK, and internationally.
This year we’re thrilled to sponsor the important category of Best Social Prescribing Link Worker of the Year – recognising the brilliant work of Link Workers delivering care and support everyday, and the positive difference this has on people’s lives.
The Link Worker role is growing all the time. We want to showcase the different settings and delivery models used that put Link Workers in the heart of communities to tackle health inequalities and local priorities.
We’d love to see applications from a variety of Link Workers in the UK and internationally. Whether you’re hosted in a community organisation or in a GP practice, working with the whole population or with a specific client group in a specialist role – get your application in!

The awards will be presented at the 2-day International Social Prescribing Network conference held on 10 and 11 March 2022. This is a great event for anybody interested or working in social prescribing, and welcomes delegates from around the world.
