Simply Connect have partnered with Content Guru – a leader in cloud communications solutions, part of the Redwood Technologies Group.
Together we have been awarded a place on the 2021 NHS England Health Systems Support Framework (HSSF) for digital social prescribing.
The partnership will see the two companies working together to help GPs implement social prescribing through a combination of Simply Connect’s digital social prescribing platform and Content Guru’s storm® cloud communications services.
Simply Connect’s digital social prescribing solution enables personalised social prescriptions, detailed case management, wellbeing monitoring, outcomes reporting and a public-facing online portal for self-referrals. The collaboration will enable GPs, health professionals, and support agencies to quickly refer people to a social prescribing link worker or directly into verified community services.

The two companies have recently been awarded a place on the 2021 NHS England Health Systems Support Framework (HSSF) for digital social care prescribing.
