New Simply Connect COVID-19 Response System now available

We’re the only digital provider in the country to bring together both volunteering and social prescribing.

Bringing our unique experience together we’ve rapidly responded to the need of local communities to support vulnerable people during the pandemic and set up a new COVID-19 response system.

 

 

Part-funded by Croydon Council’s Emergency Fund, the platform has been specifically designed to help Local Authorities and the VCSE to support the most vulnerable during the COVID pandemic. 

 

Any agency can refer vulnerable clients through the system, highlighting what their priority needs are, and referring through the system. Clients are then assessed for priority level, and specific tasks are scheduled in and allocated to staff/volunteers to carry out.
