Launch of ‘Connected Communities’ service in East Suffolk

We’re delighted to be working with the Connected Communities service in East Suffolk – a new social prescribing service for anyone aged 65+ years.

Forming part of the Interreg ‘Connected Communities’ project, the service is delivered in partnership with Suffolk Family Carers, working with East Suffolk and Suffolk County Councils, and supported by Access Community Trust and The Shaw Trust. The University of Essex will also be evaluating the service.

We’ve been working with the partners to develop the new Simply Connect Suffolk platform that promotes different activities and services available across East Suffolk. It will be used by the team to support people to access local activities and track their their health and wellbeing improvements.
