Not just another  Volunteering Platform

Our and GLA’s vision  to build on and strengthen what already exists locally rather than introduce yet another stand-alone Volunteering website.

Over the past 12 months we have worked with Greater London Authority, Volunteer Centres, Frontline charities and volunteers to develop a new fully integrated Volunteering portal for Greater London.

The new portal champions and promotes  local volunteer centres who play a key role in supporting people to be ‘ready’ to volunteer and advise organisations on how to create roles that are fulfilling and impactful for volunteers and meet quality and safeguarding standards.

Volunteering is a great way to boost mental health, employability, make friends  and feel more connected to your local community – at the heart of what we do at Simply Connect.

Supporting future emergency responses, big recruitment drives

This partnership of Volunteer Centres across London supports collaborate and work with local authorities, GLA to co-ordinate community response and provides the platform to do it.
